Naibor Camp is located within the Mara Game Reserve and has nine, tastefully decorated classic safari tents. This tented camp is located next to a perennial spring. All rooms have en suite bathroom, pull shower plus a large airy seating area and veranda.
Activities include morning and afternoon game drives guided by professional guides within the reserve, unforgettable sundowners, visiting a Maasai village and bush walks are available outside the reserve. The experience of our Maasai guides plays an extremely important part in the experience. Optional balloon safaris and cultural visits to a nearby Maasai village can be arranged.
The Maasai Mara is renowned for its outstanding wildlife, in particular the "Big Five". The African 'cats' living around camp include the leopard, cheetah, lion, civet and genet. The opportunity to see the enormous elephant, buffalo, rhino and hippo as well as an abundance of plains game such as the wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, a host of gazelles plus many more. The bird life is also extremely rich and varied. The wildebeest migration takes place between July and October, depending on when the rains appear.
