Spend eight days in Mana Pools participating with the Bushlife Conservancy who directly make a difference with local conservation and anti-poaching teams in the park. Donating your days, you will participate in tracking rare wild dog and record elephant sightings. Supporting their ongoing work with the Painted Dog Research Progam, you will contribute to raising awareness of a fascinating ecosystem and see firsthand for yourself the importance of conservation.

Day 01
On arrival in Mana Pools you will be met by your guide and game drive to camp. Mana Pools National Park covers a section of the Middle Zambezi Valley, extending from the Zambezi River in the north to the escarpment in the south. During the winter months (Jun-Aug), animals move back towards the Zambezi River. This is generally when the wild dog settle down to den, and they can be located and it is prime time to work on research. The activities are planned to fit you and what action is going on in the bush at the time, so you get to experience the best out of what is happening in Mana Pools. Overnight Little Vundu Tented Camp.
Day 02-07
Your days will be filled tracking wild dog, recording, elephant sightings and donating your time to the Bushlife Conservancy and their ongoing work with the park rangers. If there is free time, guided walks, game drives and canoeing will be offered. 6 nights Little Vundu Camp.
Day 08
Enjoy a morning game drive before your time to depart.
