Baines’ Camp

Set amongst the shady trees and water of the Okavango Delta, the small and intimate Baines Camp is located in a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp features six luxurious suites raised on stilts with curved terraces that overlook the permanent water of the Boro River and offers expansive views over a lagoon teeming with life.

Each luxurious suite features a spacious en suite bedroom with four-poster beds that are fully mobile, giving you the choice of sleeping inside or out under the stars in a “sky bed”. With your own private outdoor deck, you may enjoy some yoga or choose to relax in the “star bath” enjoying the sounds of nature. The whole camp features wide wooden walkways that connect and surround the main areas and suites and guests will enjoy viewing wildlife from the ideally positioned swimming pool.

Activities include day and night game drives, walking safaris, mokoro and motorized boat trips (both of which are seasonal and dependent on the water levels of the delta). There is an opportunity to discover more of the Okavango Delta from the air with a helicopter flight (additional fees apply).
