Bateleur Camp

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

Bateleur Camp is positioned on the western border of the Maasai Mara. This luxury camp lies at the foot of the Oloololo Escarpment, on the fringe of a riverine forest, looking out over the plains of the Mara. There are two intimate camps, the North Camp features 7 double suites and a two-bedroom family suite. The South Camp includes nine spacious suites. Each tent features en suite facilities, private decks with comfortable daybeds and personal butler service. Enjoy an optional spa treatment in the massage sala, workout in the well-equipped fitness center or visit the well-stocked gift shop. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives in open Land Rovers, night game drives on a private concession, guided nature walks, and Maasai visits.
