King’s Pool Camp

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

King’s Pool is located in the Linyanti Reserve within a private concession area. This gorgeous camp has nine luxury tents, including one suite, which are elevated overlooking a lagoon and have en suite facilities. Each of the thatched rooms has its own large bedroom area, lounge and private deck. The attached bathroom has a shower, hand basin and a separate flush toilet. There is an outdoor shower too for those who prefer to be closer to Africa. The main lounge and dining room are under thatch and a swimming pool has been built into the deck. The main area is linked to the bedrooms by a raised walkway.

Activities include day and night game drives in open vehicles, guided walks and observing wildlife from game viewing platforms/hides situated at key locations. Cruising on the Queen Sylvia barge gives you a different perspective of viewing wildlife from the water.
