La Cotte Farm

The appeal of La Cotte Farm lies with its proximity to the lovely village of Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands while enjoying the privacy and rural charm of a vineyard. Located on the forest edge of one of Franschhoek’s oldest Huguenot farms, these lavishly simple cottages offer incredible views of the forest, vineyards and valleys. The row of deceptively rustic, terraced cottages is made up of five mezzanine cottages, two more spacious two-bedroom cottages and an intimate ‘Sunset’ cottage with its own plunge pool. All cottages have sun-drenched patios, open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, that overlook an immense swimming pool with a vine-covered, pool-side pavilion. Beautifully decorated with a collection of watercolors, oil paintings, colorful Indian textiles and antique linen cushions, each cottage has its own unique sense of life, adventure and tranquility.
