Mwiba Lodge

Premium An extremely luxurious lodge or permanent tented camp (five-star) with superb cuisine and excellent service, swimming pool and, many of them, with a private “plunge” pool (small swimming pool) for each chalet or tent. Lodges and chalets are air-conditioned, while the tents may be air-conditioned or fan-cooled.

Mwiba Lodge is located in the Southern Serengeti within a private 51,000 acre wildlife reserve. The luxury camp features eight tented suites built overlooking a rocky gorge on the Arugusinyai River. Each suite offers decadent bathrooms designed with copper fixtures, large soaking tub and private outdoor showers. Wake up each morning to a spectacular view through the floor-to-ceiling windows which extend out to the private deck. The main lodge is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail with other guests or go swimming in the infinity pool overlooking the lush vegetation and wildlife. There is a full service spa and gym available. Activities offered include game drives within the Mwiba Wildlife Reserve, bush walks and an excursion to the local tribe’s village.
