Vintage A lodge or tented camp with very good food and service, and many have swimming pools. The rooms/tents are of good size but perhaps not as large as "Classic" properties. Facilities could be "Classic," but located in a sub-standard game viewing area.

Offbeat Mara is located in the heart of the 74,000-acre Mara North Conservancy and offers exceptional game viewing year round. From July to October the migration of the wildebeest fills the fertile plains. The camp features 6 canvas tents, including 2 family tents, with en suite bathroom and flush toilets and traditional hot water showers. The tents have been positioned to highlight the views and ensure privacy from your verandah. The main mess lodge area features a sitting room, dining room and bar and library.

Offbeat Mara’s guides have earned their silver rated Kenya Professional Safari Guide Association qualification. Activities include day and night game drives, traditional walking safaris with armed guide, cultural visits to the local village, market and guiding school as well as sundowners and bush dinners. An optional balloon safari can also be arranged.
