Lodges and chalets are air-conditioned, while the tents may be air-conditioned or fan-cooled.
One&Only Gorilla’s Nest is a luxury lodge built at the foothills of the Virunga Volcano range. Gorilla’s Nest features 14 decadent rooms and 7 suites with floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to a private deck. Private en suite bathrooms have a large stand-alone tub, separate shower and walk-in wardrobe. The lodge is a sublime mix of locally sourced wood, rich fabrics and artwork. Intimate sitting areas invite you to settle in by the fireplace and enjoy a cocktail. Meals are served in “Nest”, the lodge’s main restaurant and bar with views of the lush topography.
