Victoria Falls River Lodge

Premium An extremely luxurious lodge or permanent tented camp (five-star) with superb cuisine and excellent service, swimming pool and, many of them, with a private “plunge” pool (small swimming pool) for each chalet or tent. Lodges and chalets are air-conditioned, while the tents may be air-conditioned or fan-cooled.

Victoria Falls River Lodge is located in Zambezi National Park, directly on the banks of the Zambezi River, and just 5 miles away from the Victoria Falls. The lodge features four different styles of luxury room types; the River Lodge Luxury Tented Suites, the Island Luxury Treehouse and Starbed Suites, Malachite Luxury Tented Suites, as well as two villas.

River Lodge and Malachite Luxury Tented Suites are equipped with private deck with a day beds & plunge pool, open plan bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. River Lodge consists of 13 suites with 5 being family suites accommodating up to 3 children (17 & under) with an additional en-suite children's bathroom. Malachite consists of 8 suites allowing only 12 years and older.

The Island Luxury Treehouse and Starbed Suites lies on the Kandahar island in the middle of the Zambezi River and is accessible by boat only This style includes all the above and more; 6 elevated treehouse-style rooms accompanied by an additional personal butler service, superior beverages, exclusive bar and private living and dining areas.

The Hippo Creek Villa and Rapids View Villa brings a new level of luxury and exclusivity to the banks of the Zambezi. Both Villas come with private chefs, a personal butler service, private lounge and dining areas and all rooms are with the standard private deck, plunge pools and indoor-outdoor showers. Rapids View Villa is a family orientated accommodation consisting of 2 family suites sleeping 4 adults and 4-6 children (depending on ages). Hippo Creek Villa is designed for multi-generational families, friends, and smaller groups looking for an exclusive experience, accommodating 6 adults and 2 children.

Included in all Victoria River Lodge stays is bird watching, a guided tour of the Victoria Falls in the Rainforest, a fitness center, daily transfers to Victoria Falls Town, WIFI and two activities per day; your choice of a game drive in the Zambezi National Park or a river cruise.
