Goodman originates from the northern part of Botswana, specifically Kazangula. Being part of a family of farmers he was always interested in nature and decided on a career in guiding. He has worked with various companies from Chobe Chilwero and then onto Wilderness Safaris at Savuti Bush Camp and joined the Chitabe team in May of 2018 and is a Qualified Walking Guide.

He has been guiding for 15 years and has a wealth of experience. He loves observing the wildlife and being able to share his knowledge with his guests. Goodman is married and has three children, two girls and one boy, who all reside in Kazangula.

When not guiding, Goodman spends most of his time on his family farm. Goodman studied law at the College of Law in Gaborone, and enjoys continuing his studies in law. His hobbies are spending time with his family, watching football and mentoring math students at primary level with the Ministry of Basic Education.
