Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive Cape Town

On arrival in Cape Town you will be met and transferred to your hotel.  Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight Cape Grace Hotel.

Day 02

Cape Town

Depart on a Peninsula tour today, travelling along Atlantic seaboard, passing Sea Point, Bantry Bay and Clifton. View the Twelve Apostles along the Atlantic coast of Table Mountain, and the beach of Camps Bay. Continue along Victoria Drive past Bakoven and Llandudno to Hout Bay. Drive along Chapmans Peak Drive, one of the finest scenic coastal drives in the world. View Long Beach and Noordhoek. Continue to Kommetjie and Scarborough. Enter the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and continue by road to Olifants Bay. Special Honeymoon Bonus- Your lunch will be a seafood extravaganza at a trendy seaside restaurant. Continue to Boulders Beach to study the African Penguin. Drive through the historic naval town of Simon’s Town, to Fish Hoek. Return to Cape Town over Boyes Drive viewing Kalk Bay, St James and Muizenberg. Overnight Cape Grace.

Day 03

Franschhoek and Full Day Cycling tour

Depart on your full day Cape Winelands cycling Tour. Special Honeymoon Bonus- Stop for a tasting at Glenwood Wine Estate. Continue to La Petite Ferme for a sumptuous lunch. End with a tasting at Rust en Vrede or Rustenberg in Stellenbosch. Following your ride, you will be transferred to your next hotel, located in the heart of the Winelands. Enjoy the evening at leisure. 2 nights Babylonstoren.

Day 04

Franschhoek

Enjoy the day at leisure. Optional tours are available either as a scheduled group tour or with a private guide and vehicle (highly recommended). Lunch is included in most of the private full-day tours. Overnight Babylonstoren.

Day 05-07

Skukuza or Hoedspruit/Private Game Reserve

Return to the airport for your scheduled flight to Skukuza or Mpumalanga, near the Kruger Park. On arrival you will be transferred by vehicle to your game reserve in the northern Sabi Sands area. Activities offered are morning and afternoon/evening game-drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles. Explore the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on interpretive wilderness walks and learn more about the area’s intriguing fauna and flora. Enjoy two days of game viewing. 3 nights Savanna Lodge or Makanyi Lodge.

Day 08

Johannesburg/Depart

Transfer by vehicle to the Skukuza or Hoedspruit Airport this afternoon for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg.
