Uganda, "The Pearl of Africa", is situated astride the Equator and boasts a wide and diverse landscape - from rugged, snow-capped mountains to the vast flat lands. Experience the thrill of gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
On arrival in Entebbe you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight Hotel No. 5.
This morning you will be transferred to the Entebbe Airport where you will board your scheduled charter flight to Bwindi and the Kihihi airstrip (Buhoma Sector) or Kisoro airstrip (Nkuringo Sector). On arrival you will be met and driven to your camp. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. 3 nights Mahogany Springs Lodge or Buhoma Lodge or Gorilla Forest Camp or Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge.
Have an early breakfast this morning before driving to the park for your first gorilla visit. Your trek takes you up through villages before you enter into the forest (usually two-three hours).
Today you will have your second gorilla trek. Return to camp.
Enjoy breakfast in camp. Transfer by vehicle to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to Entebbe International Airport for your departing flight.
